Let yourselves be captured by the mystery and discover the wonders of the dense vegetation the isolated hermitages and quiet medieval villages.

A day spent outdoors. Discover the beauty of places far away from mass tourism in Tuscany's most luscious greenery. In the morning visit the beautiful Cistercian abbey of San Galgano and the hermitage of Montesiepi where the saint retired after leaving the worldly life.
Here is kept one of the most fascinating and mysterious relics of the entire region, the sword in the rock of San Galgano. This mythical marvel will bring to mind the famous legend of King Arthur and his sword in the rock, which, despite the differences could be linked with the history of the Tuscan saint.

Throughout the day we will visit charming villages where time seems to stand still and enjoy lunch at a local Trattoria. On request we can visit a farm that produces delicious salami of Cinta Senese, the autochthonous pig of the Sienese area. Green woods and vineyards, photographic stops and a last stop at the fortress of Monteriggioni before returning to your accommodation.
