Chianti is!

from the 1st till the 12th of June the Chianti comes to life.

For the first 2 weeks of June the Chianti comes alive with; events, wine and food tastings, markets, concerts and open cellars.

A great time of the year to explore the hills of the famous Black Rooter wines by visiting the pretty hill top villages and touring the cellars or taking part in the festivities and learning about these wines directly from the producers, sitting in on some of the many seminars and lectures held by the county's top experts or just enjoying a good glas of wine and some music.
