Private Tours

 

All Private tours are customizable and can be tailored to suit your particular requests.

 

Tours are in English and will be carried out in a comfortable Minivan for up to 8 passengers.
Pick up and drop off will be from your accommodation at the time agreed when booking. 
For other languages you can request a guide that will accompany you on tour and translate into your language of choice.

 

On request private tours can also be Transfer tours departing or ending  in the main Ports, Airports and towns of Tuscany and neighboring regions (Rome, Civitavecchia, 5 Terre, Umbria, etc).
On Transfer tours the pick-up and drop off points are in two different locations giving you the possibility of touring the area in between the two enjoying a fun day out as well as getting you and your luggage from A to B.

 

As well as offering all the tours listed in the shared tours page you can also choose any of the following tours or create your own itinerary. Our knowledge of the area, its many farms and wineries as well as its beautiful hill towns and the many hidden beauties Tuscany offers and our attention to detail and assistance in planning your tours, helps to provide you with the correct type of day out in Tuscany.

San Gimignano. A Medieval gem surrounded by the vineyards that produce Tuscany’s main white wine, the Vernaccia. Visit wineries try the wines and learn about the rich city of San Gimignano and its once quarreling families. In the afternoon explore and deepen you knowledge of one of the great reds of Tuscany, The Chianti. Taste and learn about the makings of these wines directly off the producers who will walk us through all the processes of making these wines.

Experience an extraordinary day out, discovering that postcard Tuscany that we are so accustomed to. We will visit Pienza the city of pope Pius II, the humanist pope that transformed this small village into the ideal renaissance town. From here we will continue into the heart of the Val d'Orcia, we will visit castles and forts that were the stage of ancient battles such as the Radicofani fort, home to the Italian Robin Hood the Messere Ghino di Tacco the “gentleman brigand” mentioned by Dante.
